Can I earn points without joining RUE CREW rewards?

Yes! You’ll automatically earn points on every purchase. However, you must join RUE CREW Rewards to redeem your points. Signing up is quick, easy, and free — so don’t let your rewards go unused.

How do I earn points?

You’ll earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases, excluding returns, taxes, and shipping fees. You can also earn by:

  • Follow us on Instagram = 50 points
  • Subscribe to our Newsletter = 50 points
  • Celebrate a birthday = 100 points

How Do I Redeem My Points?

Points can be redeemed for discount vouchers in increments of 100, 250 and 500 points, up to a maximum of 500 points per purchase.

  • 100 Points = $5 Discount Voucher
  • 250 Points = $10 Discount Voucher
  • 500 Points = $25 Discount Voucher

To redeem:

  1. Log in to your RUE CREW Rewards account
  2. Select how many points you’d like to use
  3. Convert your points into a discount voucher
  4. Apply the voucher code at checkout online or in-store!

How do I check my points balance?

Log in to your account and visit your RUE CREW Rewards page to view your current points balance.

Do my points or rewards expire?

Points will expire if there has been no earning or redemption activity within 12 months.
