SHIPPING + RETURNS

Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $50, or a flat rate shipping of $5 for all other orders! Orders placed during our normal operating hours will be sent the same day or next working day, for delivery between an estimated 1 to 5 business days, pending carrier transit times and delays. 

Online Returns + Exchanges 

We hope you’ll love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied we offer exchange or store credit up to 30 days from the original order date. Returns will be issued in the form of a store credit only. Items must be unused with original tags attached, and proof of purchase present. We do not accept returns on sale items, holiday items or gift cards. Promotional items will be issued credit in the same amount that they were purchased for. We do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items. Shipping fees are non-refundable.  

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@shoprueandroe.com. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label to send back your return. A $5 label fee will be deducted from the store credit value issued. Take care to remove or cover old mailing labels and/or barcodes, and affix the new label to your package before sending. 

Please allow up to 3 business days from the date we receive your return for our team to inspect and process accordingly. If the item(s) match our return criteria, you will be issued a store credit via email, less a $5 label fee. We will notify you once the store credit and/or exchange has been issued. 

**Kindly note, merchandise that is returned damaged and/or not in their original condition will be ineligible for a store credit or exchange. We can send the item(s) back to you, but you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right!
