Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $50, or a flat rate shipping of $5 for all other orders! Orders placed during our normal operating hours will be sent the same day or next working day, for delivery between 1 to 5 business days. 

 

Online Returns

We hope you’ll love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied we offer exchange or store credit up to 30 days from the original order date. Returns will be issued in the form of a store credit only. Items must be unused with original tags attached, and a receipt present. We do not accept returns on sale items, holiday items or gift cards. Promotional items will be issued credit in the same amount that they were purchased for. We do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items.

Please use the carrier of choice to send your returned items to the below address. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend obtaining tracking for best reference. RUE + ROE cannot be held liable for lost, stolen or delayed packages by the carrier.

Please allow up to 3 business days from the date we receive your return for our team to process your return and issue a store credit. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the item(s) match our return criteria, you will be issued a store credit via email.

**Kindly note, we will not issue a credit if the items received are damaged and/or not in their original condition. We can send the items back to you, but you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!

Non-returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, holiday items or gift cards.

Online Exchanges

If you plan to make an exchange, please contact us at hello@shoprueandroe.com. Kindly note, product availability is subject to change and may not be eligible for exchange. The fastest way to ensure your desired items are available is to make a separate purchase for the new items.
